Every year, we take some of our longtime staff and fly them on an adventure to hand-select Single Barrel Bourbon and/or Private Label Mezcal.
These exclusive selections are only available at Paydirt (and our sister bars) and their shelf lives are short, as we oftentimes sell out in a matter of months. Sometimes even sooner than that.
To date, we have selected Single Barrels of Elmer T. Lee, Buffalo Trace, Elijah Craig, Old Weller Antique 107 (multiple times), Weller Special Reserve, Sazerac Rye, Rittenhouse Rye, Weller Full Proof, Old Forester, Stagg, and Blanton’s.
Plus we also have selected private label Mezcals from both Mezcal Union and Banhez Distillery.
In the future we hope to select many more.
